Show Dates December 11, 2005 - March 3, 2006 Opening Reception Sunday, December 11, 2005 2:00pm - 4:00pm Everyone is invited to attend the reception which is free of charge.
Eligibility, Fees, Rules & Sales: Fees: Registration for Member artists is $5.00 per piece. Registration for Non-Member artists is $15.00 per piece. Membership forms will be available at registration. Rules: Artwork categories include all two-dimensional mediums. Artists may submit multiple pieces. Work must be original, completed within the last three years and not previously exhibited in a DAA Show. Artwork size must not exceed 50 inches. All artwork must be delivered properly and securely framed complete with a wire and be ready to hang. No clip-on frames or saw-tooth hangers, please. Artists will be notified of their status by phone by December 8th. Work not accepted can be picked up at the Duxbury Art Association during regular office hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm by by January 6, 2006. Sales: Artwork need not be listed for sale, however, if a selling price is listed on the registration form, the Duxbury Art Association retains 40% commission on all artwork sold in the Bengtz and Cutler Galleries. Liability: All due care will be exercised in handling the works submitted. The artist is responsible for secure framing and suspension. The Duxbury Art Association will not be responsible for work left after the pick-up date(s). Artwork left over 30 days will become the property of The Duxbury Art Association.
