Every Picture Tells A Story
The Children’s Book Art of Brian Lies

The show will feature over 30 original paintings from books Lies has illustrated over the past decade including his 2004 Children’s Choice award-winning book Finklehopper Frog. A portion of the exhibit will also explore how a children’s book illustration evolves from a rough sketch to finished artwork. Brian Lies will read and autograph his new children’s book Finklehopper Frog Cheers (by Irene Livingston) which will be for sale courtesy of Westwinds Bookshop.
