Classes & Workshop Policies

Enrollment is limited!

Full payment must be made upon registration. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa. Students may register by phone, mail or in person Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be granted up to 14 days before a class or workshop begins. A $15 non-refundable registration fee is included in the tuition. Tuition and fees will not be refunded for any reason after the 14-day period. This policy is strictly enforced.

For Summer Fun, a $35 non-refundable registration fee is included in the tuition. Again, tuition and fees will not be refunded for any reason after the 14-day period.

If there is insufficient enrollment in any class or workshop, students will be notified and will receive a full refund.

Membership dues are not refundable.

Membership Discount:
To receive a discount, your membership must be current. Membership dues may be paid with registration fee.

Weather:
Classes will be cancelled when the Duxbury Public Schools are closed. Notice of school cancellation will be broadcast on WATD 95.9 FM.

Make-up Classes:
Make-up classes will be scheduled at the end of the session for classes missed due to school closings because of inclement weather.

Note to Parents:
Parents are reminded that there is no supervision available for children who arrive at The Ellison Center prior to class time or remain beyond the end of class.

Special Note:
The Duxbury Art Association does not discriminate for any reason in the administration of its programs. The Ellison Center for the Arts building is accessible to everyone. Please call the office if you require assistance during your visit.
